This beach has changed over the past 40 years. It still has a lovely swathe of short grass and lots of white sand. The area of grass has shrunk through erosion of the beach face. Unfortunately there's little shade from trees, so it's best to bring an umbrella of canopy of some sort. The walk in is a little tricky at the end, but don't be deterred by National Parks saying it's unstable. A kind person has put in a rope for you to hold onto.
The beach is really pure - naturism. People are friendly and watch out for each other when they go swimming and virtually no gawkers. Best to swim in a group unless you're very confident. Expect to have a lovely nude afternoon or day.
