Rowy lies at the border of Slowinski National Park, a beautiful area of forests, lakes and sand dunes with unique fauna and flora.

Located 23 km north of Slupsk. on the left side of the Lupawa River, just by its mouth to the Baltic Sea. This once small fishermen's village is now a modern tourist area. The naturist beach is located at the far eastern end of the village, across the river Lupawa.

The wide sandy beach is backed by sand dunes and steep cliffs up to 40 metres high has a naturist area, which is marked by a tall pole. It is approximately a mile walk. The water is clean and dark blue and the area enjoys a unique healthy micro-climate. You can walk on the beach about 35 km in peace without being bothered by too many other tourists.
