Bredene beach is Belgium's first official nudist beach, set up in 2001. It is one of the busiest bathing areas on this coast.

At peak times, some 1,000 naturists crowd out on the 350-meter wide strip. Nudists gather here at the part of the beach located at post 6, which is an area protected by the large dunes giving complete privacy.

The nudist beach must remain a place where in a family and friendly atmosphere can be enjoyed a well deserved day of rest.

Accessibility: the nudist beach is accessible annually from the first weekend before Easter until the second weekend of October.
