In the large forest area of Suesing, naked walking / rambling has been practiced for over 80 years! This is not an officially approved nude hiking trail, such as the Naturist Trail Undeloh and the Harzer Naturist Trail.

Most of the trails are not barefoot friendly, but most are accessible by bike. Trail lengths of up to 25 km are possible. For your safety, the forest should not be entered in the early morning and late evening hours, so as not to disturb the hunters and the game. All the owners of the Lichtheideheim and the residents ask, is that no one walks around naked in the village!
