Lost Lake is a tranquil and secluded lake that hides in the forest extending from Whistler Village. It offers 100 kilometres of hiking and biking trails in the summer. Lost Lake isn't exactly 'lost' any more. On a hot summer day, tourists and locals flock to this pretty lake nestled in the woods where it can be reached by a bus ride or a walk from the Upper Village.

There is a sandy beach, perfect for families. For those who prefer to enjoy the sun in the buff, there is a clothing optional area on the north side of the lake. The water is crisp and clean and can be a little cool, but on a hot Whistler day, there's nothing like a dip in Lost Lake. There are several swimming platforms out in the lake as well as a wonderful and huge pier along the right hand side of the lake.
