Meech Lake / Lac Meech is a beautiful large lake surrounded by woodland and situated in Gatineau Park - 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. It is one of the top beach destinations in Ottawa.Although the practice is not formally permitted in the park, some of the more secluded corners are popular with nudists.

There is a hidden nudie area called Little Meech Lake, which has been in use since the late 1930s. There were a few arrests here in 2011 and 2012 for inappropriate sexual behaviour. Come here and enjoy the beautiful lakes and wilderness naturally.
