Located south of Jamaica Inn the famous smugglers haunt immortalised by Daphne du Maurier and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty ( AONB ), Colliford is the second largest lake in Cornwall providing a 14km perimeter walk leading to some excellent moorland.

There are plenty of Picnic areas and lakeside walks. Colliford provides the opportunity for a peaceful day in the countryside without the distraction of watersports which are not allowed on the lake. It has been reputed that it is a great place should you wish to go for a skinny dip.
