Playa del Mago, also known as Platja de Portals, is 15 minutes drive from Magaluf. El Mago has been used since 1967, when the film of the same name starring Anthony Quinn and Michael Caine was filmed on the coast. On its slope are still the remains of the decoration, which separate the coves that make up this beach.

In this area there are three coves in a row. The first one on the left hand side down a road is Caló dels Reis, small but offering shade between pines. Then down another small path is the Playa del Mago, where there is a restaurant with the same name and where you practice nudism, you will see some stairs next to the restaurant, which takes you along the coast Portals Vells.

Platja del Mago is also well known for being the first beach that was declared officially as a nudist in the municipality of Calvià. This fact implies a low influx of local bathers. When you arrive you will have crystalline and calm waters where you can relax, small and beautiful sand of fine white grain, which announces excellent marine and underwater conditions for the mooring of boats.

This sandstone open to east-southeast winds has a bottom of sand and seaweed to a depth that oscillates between four and five meters. This beach is very close to Club Nàutic Portals Vells.
