Praia das Bicas situated in the village of Meco is the first and main beach in Sesimbra. The beach is relatively small, yet the sea is always alive with rebel waves, great for surfing; nevertheless dangerous for children or unprepared swimmers.
Connected with Praia do Meco beach you will find nudism is practiced in the far north, to the right. There is a clay cliff from which you can take mud baths and a small waterfall where you can take a shower.
