Skinaria Beach otherwise known as Shinaria Beach is situated 3km south of the village Lefkogia, in Greece, in the east part of the Plakias area. This isolated small beach of grey sand and fine pebbles,(which are comfortable to lie on) with deep clear waters of green/blue.
The seabed is rocky, but on the north part of the beach, it is sandy. Underwater there are all types of local marine biology, in abundance, little wonder the right-hand side of the beach is heavily used by the diving school from Rethymnon, and the left-hand part remains a nudist enclave.
