Voidokilia beach is a popular semicircular shape strip of dunes in Messinia, Greece. It is a place of particular beauty and is part of a Natura 2000 protected area.
This peaceful area is enjoyed by naturists upon the far left end of the beach near the headland. There are no developments or facilities on the beach with the only intrusion being the coastal footpath that descends from the headland just behind the beach.
The beach area is a sandy one, with clear and crystal waters and usually with many visitors during summer. With little shade it is advisable to bring a parasol and attention is needed during the afternoon as many mosquitos exist, from the near by lagoon. The dominating castle and marshland right next to it make it such a wonderful place to explore.
