Tripiti Beach 12km east of Lendas (not to be confused with Tripiti Beach at Gavdos). It takes its name after the church of Panagia Tripiti, which is built inside a cave at the exit of the canyon, near the beach.
It is 400b meters long and receives many visitors during the month of August. Unlike other coastal places, there are only a few buildings, mostly huts, since the area belongs to the Natura network and there are restrictions on the use of land.
There are however a lot of caravans that seem to be there on a permanent basis. The beach is covered with fine pebbles and sand and the water is crystal clear. Here you can take shade under the tamarisk trees.
