Rattray Head Beach offers one of the wildest and most isolated spots on the Aberdeenshire coast.

- Ease of Access From the small car park head onto the sand and continue walking south. The dunes on this section are impressive and can be seen stretching away into the distance all the way to the lighthouse at Rattray Head.

- Directions Rattray Head can be found by taking the Peterhead to Fraserburgh Road where after Starthbeg it is clearly signposted. The road to Rattray Head is narrow with passing places so please drive carefully. The rough parking area is reached with clear access to the beach. Head onto the sand and continue walking south.
