Kenneggy Cove

Destination

At low tide this is a large beach with incredibly soft sand. The location is stunning and the sea is good for snorkelling. There are some lovely rockpools and caves for exploring.

There is a campsite nearby so prepare for it to be busy during summer holidays.

Access to the beach is via a scramble over rocks so isn't the easiest. At high tide there is no usable beach and so do check tidal times before you arrive and be ready to leave before high tide.

There used to also be access via a ladder and stairway but this is no longer there and the path to it has also been blocked off due to unstable ground. If anyone hears that this stairway is replaced and the pathway considered safe again please do let ANW know.
