  • Description : The artificial bathing lake Maiwälder Baggersee is situated on the boundary between Renchen and Wagshurst.

    Enjoyed by naturists the lake is an impressive size of 32 hectares, resulting from the extraction of gravel and sand deposits for road construction and so-called aggregates for concrete and asphalt production.Trees surround the lake providing shelter. There is some noise pollution due to the proximity of the highway.
