Description :
A long stretch of empty but attractive coastline which is sandy and suitable for swimming. It is somewhat off the beaten track so you are almost guaranteed a little peace and quiet. Access is via unmaintained cliff paths which tins out the visitors even more.
This makes it an ideal spot for a bit of nude sunbathing and Atherfield Point is an unofficial nudist beach. Swimming is reportedly safe here, it is also good for fishing and Surfing but with no lifeguards.
