  • Description : Platja de llevant otherwise known as Playa de Llevant is situated three kilometers from es Pujols. A virgin and unspoiled beach more unknown than other beaches of the island, but no less beautiful.

The waters are very calm and have great clarity due to the complete lack of sea plankton. The variety of colors of the sea are most spectacular. There are a number of high of rocky inlets and outcrops with fine white sand; and strong winds in the summer that raise a powerful swell, and can turn bathing in the sea into a dangerous activity; as well as sandy bottom with rocky areas covered with algae.

As you approach the entrance to the beach you will see restaurants, bars umbrella and sun lounger rentals. However, the tourist presence is much less to that of the nearby beach of Ses Illetes. If you head further down the beach where there are a lack of services, you will find peace and nature and people enjoying the practice of naturism.
