Description :
Praia da Ursa is situated on the Atlantic west coast just north of Cabo da Roca. This very beautiful un-spoilt and wild beach of gold sand is one of the area's best unofficial naturist beaches, due in part to the scramble down the rock to get to it.
The sea is cold and there is no fresh water to drink, but you can spend hours exploring the surrounding cliffs. Even though it's so close to the many tourists at Cabo da Roca, Praia da Ursa is really a world away. You won't be disappointed!

Directions
To get to Praia da Ursa from Sintra, drive to Cabo da Roca. Just before getting there you will find a sign and parking area on your right. From here you can walk or drive up to the point from where you have to go down. We found the way down to be more difficult then the way up. There are several trails you can chose from but all of them end up steep so be prepared.
