Belgium
Belgium is still trailing behind on its neighbours France, Germany and The Netherlands when it comes to naturism and naturist facilities.
You will find only one naturist beach; the Naaktstrand at the North Sea in a town called Bredene. It is very popular among naturists often getting very crowded. The best time to visit is May-September.
With the unpredictable weather, the Flemish have taken naturism inside. There are naturist spas and wellness centres spread all over the country, which include the use of jacuzzis, steam rooms, cold water baths, swimming pools and of course actual saunas where clothing is prohibited.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay, there are half a dozen camping clubs to choose from. There are also 12 naturist clubs and groups for naturist get-togethers.

It is one of the busiest bathing areas on this coast. At peak times, some 1,000 naturists crowd out on the 350-meter wide strip. Nudists gather here at the part of the beach located at post 6, which is an area protected by the large dunes giving complete privacy. The nudist beach must remain a place where in a family and friendly atmosphere can be enjoyed a well deserved day of rest.Accessibility: the nudist beach is accessible annually from the first weekend before Easter until the second weekend of October. less
