    Beautiful springs and area
Recommended June 17, 2020 - by Free Hiker
Pros: Beautiful area up in the mountains. Moderate hike through amazing canyons. Fall is spectacular.
Cons: Local nudity laws prevent most nude soaking and hiking. It has been overrun by college students.

Summary: I used to love this area, I have hiked and soaked in the springs over 1000 times. In the last few years it has been run down. People leave trash all over and local nudity laws make it difficult to soak and hike naked. Nothing like the utopia it was when I first discovered and soaked there. Sometimes in mid summer the cold water coming from the top doesn't flow down, making most of the springs to hot to get into. College students have ruined this area. If you dont mind wearing a swim suit and large crowds then it cant be beat for beauty.
