Summary: For a practice which is mostly visual for the novice as one tries to copy the purposed routine, it's amazing how Doria's soothing voice is the best incentive for you to endure the punishment a flaccid and uncooperative body deserves. Never aggressive, she'll ease your tendency to awkward movements with a friendly chuckle which will make you feel among a team of friends, not as the unfit naturist you actually are. I'm actually sorry that I can't attend the live onsite classes, but I can vouch for the online live version as the best possible replacement for distance. Nudity wise, I forgot about one minute into the routine that we were all naked.
