A public pond in Beijing's Fangshan district popular bathing place for skinny dipping.The pond's water is from a spring, and most skinny dippers enjoy visiting the pond because they feel closer to nature when swimming naked. A local female villager said that people have been coming to the place to swim naked for over 20 years. While women are welcome to take a dip with the men, they have not dared. Taboos surrounding female nudity are still very strong.
