1. Our Mission:
Our mission is to give A Naturist World users a platform in which to explore, share, and collaborate in a trusted environment with like-minded naturist individuals.
2. Our Community and your commitments to A Naturist World:
We provide these services to you to help advance our mission (stated above); In order to make our community safer, we ask you to ensure the following commitments:
We do not ask Members to provide specific information about themselves that they may feel uncomfortable about sharing. Completing your profile questions and becoming verified is recommended but a matter of your personal choice. If you choose to complete the profile questions please ensure they are representative, reflect or are like the person you are; choosing a preferred name for use on the site, your general age(s) by a representative birth date(s), approximate location, gender, and that other information you choose to share is faithful to your own life and naturist experiences.
Use your timeline for personal purposes and create only one account.
Do not share or give access to your account password.
We try to make A Naturist World widely available to all naturists but you can not use A Naturist World if:
3. What you can not do and share on A Naturist World:
We want people to share content and express themselves, but not at the expense of other users and the community. Therefore you agree to follow the rules of conduct listed below:
You must not share or use products that breach the Terms and/or Policies that apply to your account.
You must not partake in anything considered sexual, unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent. Anyone sharing unsolicited and unwanted sexualised or unpleasant images, suggestions and / or content with other members will be removed immediately from ANW. ANW understands that sexual sharing on the internet is a popular past-time and makes no judgement on this, but such behaviour on ANW either publicly or via private messaging is against the nature of the ANW community and the ANW ethos. ANW believes this level of sharing does long term damage to the appreciation, growth and understanding for the future of naturism. We ask any member who receives any communication that they believe is unsuitable and they find upsetting to contact Team ANW so that we can help protect you, the nature of the site and naturism. Such behaviour is thankfully very rare, but if it is left unreported it will become more common.
You must not make unsolicited negative or positive comments about other Members' bodies or flirtatious remarks towards Members that you are not friends with.
You must not show any form of harassment this includes; creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment; racial slurs, personal insults and expressions or intolerance towards others; psychologically intimidating behaviour, making threats, aggression, displaying discriminatory symbols, antagonistic or demeaning behaviour towards ANW Members, its staff and the site itself. If your intention is clear or in question then using inference, implication, jokes and sarcasm does not excuse your behaviour.
Use bad or offensive language.
Quoting or referring to personal messages from other Members without their permission is only allowed if you are contacting ANW privately in regards to a concern or a breach of conduct.
You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of our products.
You may not access or collect any data from our Products by automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data that you do not have permission to access.
You must not behave in a damaging or detrimental way towards ANW. If you have an issue with any aspect of the site please email [email protected] If you do not approve of ANW, naturism or its policies, you should not be a Member here. Any valid points or concerns that you bring to the team at ANW which are not covered in the FAQs or other relevant areas of the site will be carefully considered and suitable action taken.
To support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe breaches these Terms of Service.
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on A Naturist World
Some members of the community are very concerned by the use and misuse of AI in general, within naturism and within ANW. ANW recognises that concern but also realises that it is virtually impossible to enforce an all out ban and maybe also unrealistic to try.
What we do ask is that no AI images should be used in the Albums area of the site. The photos used their should be of genuine images taken by members of the site and display real people or hand crafted works of art. It is permitted to add to your own images for creative purposes, but if the image is not obviously adapted please mention it in the photograph's description. Normal photoshop enhancing - such as red-eye removal, cropping or altering light - is fine and does not need to be mentioned.
No AI image can be used anywhere on the site that looks "photo-real." Photo-real images of AI strangers would be in conflict with other rules about photo use in these terms. Non-Photo Real images - images that look like they are drawn or painted - can be used on ANW as follows.
No "non-photo-real" AI images can be shared and displayed on the main activity feed unless accompanied by some written work making the use relevant.
Non-Photo-Real AI images can be used to illustrate blogs and articles when suitable or relevant with reference to their origin.
AI information and articles. These can also be used in blog posts but the origin should also be made perfectly clear.
In an attempt to keep naturism and ANW as real as possible, we ask that the use of permitted AI be used with thought and moderation.
Free advertising and links within the Activity Feed and your Posts:
ANW will not allow unsolicited advertising within the site and on the activity feed. If you would like to promote your naturist friendly endeavour, then please contact us first and we will work with you on the best ways of publicising yourself within the site. Any unauthorised advertising within the site will not be tolerated and may result in termination of profile account.
Annual and Life Members can place links within the activity feed that they believe are of interest to the naturist community. It is very important that these links are suitable for the family friendly, non sexual beliefs of A Naturist World, so care should be taken to investigate the connecting site before linking to it. Any links found to be unsuitable or purely commercial in nature by ANW admin will be removed.
In the issue of advertising and links, ANW must be seen to protect naturism and the advertisers that have been authorised to promote their business/venture within the site. Linking to external sites can be considered as spamming or phishing and can negatively affect ANW's rankings. ANW checks the validity of each business before advertising as well as its link to naturism. Activity Feed Posts
Activity feed posts should be kept short and to the point. ANW do not want to set a letter limit as this can be very frustrating to deal with, but posts should be a short paragraph and no longer. If you wish to write detailed and lengthy posts these should be done in Forum or in the Blogs area.
Member Profiles
Profile names should be connected to individuals, couples and families only and should consist of a Name or Username that can be related to in everyday life to enable people to connect with you. Using a business name, organisation or a name suggesting an agenda for a Member Profile page is confusing to the other members of the site and detracts from the listings within the "Explore" menu tab and should not be used. These rules also protect the business entity or organisation from people taking their identity. People communicating with you on your profile should feel they are talking with a real person, couple or family and not a business entity, organisation or name suggesting an agenda.
4. Photographs
Guest Members of A Naturist World are not permitted to upload photographs. Verified Guest Members are permitted to upload a photograph as their profile image. This is a feature allows Verified Guest Members to create an identity on the site and enable them to be recognisable by other Members on scroll pages and should be changed infrequently.
This feature should not be used to create a series of images on your profile page. If you wish to create albums then you can do this by upgrading your subscription. The abuse of this feature has a negative impact on the main activity feed and can have a negative impact on your profile interpretation.
Copying, downloading, reusing and editing Members photographs within ANW, for private use or for uploading/sharing elsewhere is not permitted without the owners consent.

ANW recognise naturism is a family-friendly, universal lifestyle suitable for people of all ages. ANW is not against images of children within a naturist family environment. ANW advise, however, that caution be taken with the use of and the sharing of such images. There is nothing within naturism that suggests the body should be censored. ANW however, acknowledges that society carries strong concerns over the protection of minors. ANW fully supports and encourages the use of cropping and blurring where appropriate. It may be a sad reflection of modern society but the miss-use of images of children on the internet is something that cannot be ignored. It is for this reason that ANW does not allow images to show the genitalia of minors. If you choose to share family photographs consider the use very carefully and use photographs that do not attract the wrong attention or interpretation of your Profile and intentions.
Anyone displaying an unhealthy interest in uploading multiple images or images out of context of minors will be removed from the site and in certain circumstances will be reported to the relevant authorities. This will also apply to those members who show such interest in other members' family photos.
ANW does not insist that all members use naturist images of themselves, there may be various reasons why people can not do this. It is up to the individual member to decide who they wish to make friends with and who they don't. This can be based on the images they show of themselves but also on their other interactions within the site.
5. Our level of service:
We do our utmost to provide a stable and robust service to our users, however:
We can not guarantee that the service we provide will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that there are risks inherent in Internet connectivity that could result in the loss of your privacy, confidential information, and property.
We do not guarantee that your content (ie, posts, images, videos) will be safe from data loss or catastrophic failure of our services, and request that you maintain a copy of anything important to you.
6. Your content:
You own all of the content and information you post on A Naturist World, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. In addition:
a. Posting content:
We allow you to post content, including photos, comments, links, and other materials. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on ANW is referred to as "User Content." You retain all rights in and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post.
b. How other users should use your content:
Members of ANW should not use, store, display, reproduce, share, modify, create derivative works, perform, or distribute your User Content without your prior permission. ANW reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies. When you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off A Naturist World, to access that information, and to associate it with you (i.e, your name and profile picture).
c. How long we keep your content:
Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from this site, we may retain your User Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
d. The Feedback you provide:
We value hearing from our users and are always interested in learning about ways we can make this website better. If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
7. Permissions you give to us
We need certain permissions from you so we can provide our services:
Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights that you have to your own content. You are free to share your content with anyone else, wherever you want. To provide our services though, we need you to give us some legal permissions to use that content.
When you post, upload or share content that is covered by intellectual property rights (e.g. photos or videos) on or in connection with our Products, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works of your content (consistent with privacy settings). This means, for example, that if you share a photo on A Naturist World, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others (again, consistent with your settings) such as service providers that support our service or other A Naturist World Products that you use.
You can end this license any time by deleting your content or account. You should know that, for technical reasons, any content that you delete may persist for a limited period of time in backup copies (though it will not be visible to other users). In addition, content you delete may continue to appear if you have shared it with others and they have not deleted it.
8. Privacy:
Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use A Naturist World to share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information. ANW encourages you to read the Privacy Policy, to enable you to make informed decisions.
Use good judgment, protect yourself, and report fake and offensive Members.
ANW encourage members to consider their own safety when choosing who they share with and what they share. The free verification service is offered to help protect you against fake profiles. It can be very easy for people on the internet to pretend to be something they are not. ANW cannot be held responsible for other members acting inappropriately towards you on the site or in private communications. However, ANW takes offensive behaviour seriously and will investigate any reports of inappropriate behaviour and deal with each case accordingly. Depending on the behaviour this may result in the offenders account being deleted and the user being banned from the site. ANW does not allow the public sharing of e-mails (unless you are an authorised business, club or venue) and we discourage the private sharing of e-mails. If someone is very eager to share their e-mail address with you. Ask yourself - Why? How well do you know them? Are they verified? What is achieved by communicating away from the site?
What you share with others is your choice. Choose wisely. Use caution when swapping emails or contemplating meet-ups.
Please be aware that if you choose to share photographs in public areas of the site such as within the "Explore" Menu Heading then these images can be seen by anyone exploring the site.
9. Child Safety:
A Naturist World as stipulated in point 4 above, will not tolerate any imagery, videos or verbal communication that is deemed to be inappropriate or that could put children at risk. We will provide information and records to the authorities or when legally requested to do so. This information can contain IP addresses, personal messages, email addresses as well as any further information.

A visit to https://consult.justice.gov.uk will give you a better understanding of what constitutes indecent imagery.
10. Updating our Terms:
We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features to make our Products better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, by email or through our Products) of changes to these Terms to give you an opportunity to review them. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use ANW Products or Services.
We hope that you will continue using our Products, but if you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to be a part of the A Naturist World Community you are free to delete your account at any time.
11. Account suspension or termination:
It is important that A Naturist World is an online community where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves and share their thoughts and ideas.
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms or Policies, we may suspend or permanently disable access to your account without prior notice. We may also suspend or disable your account if required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will notify you about your account the next time you try to access it. If you think we have disabled your account by mistake, please contact us. We may terminate or suspend this license at any time, with or without cause or notice to you.
Should issues arise from you deciding to meet or communicate with fellow users away from the site we will not get involved. We will only delete accounts if you can supply us with definite proof that the user in question has broken the law or is not who they portray themselves to be on the site. Other than that we suggest you remove them from your friends list on the site, block them and cease further communications.
12. Liability for our Services:
When permitted by law, A Naturist World, and A Naturist World's suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of A Naturist World, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services again).
In all cases, A Naturist World, and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights which may not be waived by contract.
13. Business uses of our Services:
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify A Naturist World and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and lawyers / attorneys’ fees.

The Products and all included content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
THIS WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
This Website takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Products. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.
16. Refund Policy:
Our refund policy allows users to cancel their subscription and receive a refund if requested within 24 hours of initial sign up or renewal (less payment gateway fees). If your subscription plan has automatically renewed and you had expressed wish to delete your subscription before renewal and your profile has remained inactive, use the contact form and we will assist you.
Please note you will be ineligible for refunds should your account be terminated for violation of this site's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy - Forum Rules - Advertising Terms or inappropriate behaviour.
17. Your Intellectual Property
ANW does not own content you submit to us (your “Content”). But we do need certain licenses from you in order to perform our Services. When you submit a project for review, or launch a project, you agree to these terms:

20. Deleting Your Account

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to this indemnification clause, in which case you agree that you’ll cooperate and help us in asserting any defences. We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion and at Our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you have agreed to indemnify us and you agree to assist and cooperate with us as reasonably required in the defence or settlement of any such matters.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
We are located in England, and any disputes with us have to be handled in England under English law.
At ANW we encourage you in the first instance to contact us if you have an issue, before resorting to the courts. In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms (and all other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the English Courts, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and without application of the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act or the United Nations Convention of Controls for International Sale of Goods. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use or non-use of ANW, shall be filed only in the courts located in the Country of England and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. You hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to trial by jury in any dispute, action, or proceeding.
22. And Finally
These Terms and the other material referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and ANW with respect to the Services. They supersede all other communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and ANW with respect to the Services and govern our future relationship. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under the law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise will remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either you or ANW to exercise any right provided for in these Terms in any way won’t be deemed a waiver of any other rights.
These Terms are personal to you. You can’t assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get ANW's prior written consent. ANW has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. ANW will provide you notice via email, written notice, or by conspicuously posting the notice on our Site.
This agreement was written in English. To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls
Assignment. These Terms and any rights and licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by us without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.
