Martinique Beach is Nova Scotia’s longest sandy beach measuring 3.4 km. Located just 40 km outside of Halifax, at the end of East Petpeswick road. The beach and park is a protected area for the endangered piping plover.Suitable for hardier souls who like to surf and there are also great walking and biking trails. The furthest east end of the beach has been used as a naturist beach for some years.
