Cayo Santa Maria, is a small key, located just north of Cuba’s Jardines del Rey, in the province of Villa Clara. It is part of the UNESCO biosphere reserve.
There is a nude bathing is approx 2km long and is the second longest naturist beach in Cuba after Cayo Largo. Head towards the western end a discreet distance away from the hotel Sol development. The area provides a blissful retreat away from the busy tourist trail. Whilst you’re there, it’s worth taking a (fully clothed) detour to the Cayo Guillermo; You’ll find its towering sand dunes which happen to be the tallest in the Caribbean.
