Located in the town of San Martin de Podes, Playa de Aguilera is a small beach covering approx 380 meters of thick golden sand, and strong waves. Its difficult accesses and lack of services for the tourist trade makes this a quiet non-crowded beach ideal for the naturist population.
Large rocks are seen on the beach from the collapse of the cliff and in front of it stands the Bermeo Islet. A rocky outcrop in the eastern zone divides the beach into two other parts that are incommunicado when the tide rises. It is not the most beautiful beach of Verdicio, but Aguilera beach is isolated, away from mass tourism and more suitable for people who like nature and tranquility.
