Playa de San Antolín is a place offering much beauty; With its mountains in the foreground, 2km in length of fine sand, which has been formed by the mouth of the river Bedón / Beón, and located in the Spanish town of Naves next to the Romanesque church of San Antolín de Bedón.
This beautiful beach has crystal clear waters which are subject to strong swell. Appreciated by fishermen and excellent for the practice of water sports, especially surfing.
The far end of the access is frequented by naturists. At high tide the beach becomes small but there is still room for everyone. Wear flip-flops or slippers to access the sea for the stone bottom is uncomfortable underfoot.
There is a beautiful walk from the beach that takes you to the Romanesque monastery of San Antolin.

- Directions Along the coastal road, from llanes to Ribadesella, just before the town of Naves, you will see this beautiful beachIf you want to get there by car instead of walking, come from Llanes on the motorway, after passing the bridge of San Antolin you take the direction of Naves, instead of going to Naves, you cross the road to turn right and follow the dirt road until you reach a small parking lot. Leave the car and continue walking towards the beach." Continue along the path to the left of the beach until you reach the shore of the coast, to continue to La Huelga beach. It has a large car park next to a viewpoint offering spectacular views.
