Somocuevas beach is located one kilometer from the Cantabrian town of Liencres and less than three kilometers from the municipality of Boo de Piélagos.
This small cove of approximately 100 meters of length offers little equipment but is perfect to enjoy a beautiful landscape. Although it is nudist, it is not mandatory nudism and you can go with bathing suit equally.
It has a large rocky outcrop that keeps the beach from the open sea. When the wind blows strongly this is your beach as it is very well sheltered.
Divided into two parts: the western is smaller and rocky and the eastern, large, sandy and with dunes. Its name comes from the caves that are between the rocks. The bottom is partly rocky although fine sand is also abundant.
