La Torre de La Sal beach is a semi-urban beach of average occupation. It is situated in the municipality of Cabanes to 10 km of the main nucleus, between Oropesa del Mar and Torrenostra, in the province of Castellón. In its surroundings, there are four defense towers, among which Torre la Sal stands out, which from its peculiar situation, surrounded by a grove of eucalyptus trees, gives its name to this small beach, which measures approx 2,000 meters by 15 meters of width.
Mainly composed of gravel and sand, La Torre de La Sal is popular amongst naturists as it has a wild feeling and quietness about it. Another detail to visit the beach is that in its vicinity has been installed the Marine Biological Research Center for the proper cleaning of its waters, which make it ideal for the recreation of water sports due to its tranquil waters.
