Playa del Juncal is a stone beach surrounded by high cliffs and caves. The waters are very clear, perfect for snorkeling, with an average water temperature of around 20 degrees centigrade.Its difficult access makes this tranquil beach a perfect retreat for naturists.

- Directions Driving from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria along the GC-2 in the only direction available from there, west towards Agaete for around 30 minutes. You will pass Gáldar's Cruz de Pineda, which if travelling by bus on Global's 103 you'll have to get out, if by car take the next right turn. Signposted El Cardonal.From here there is a sharpish turn left. Now continue straight past a row of greenhouses. Take the last left and follow a dirt track to the first car parking area (travel further if you have a 4x4).From here you will walk a 0.75km drop to the beach below, along a windy, path and taking approx 10 and 15 minutes.Once there; to the left-hand side of the 120m-long beach the access to the water is easier. The right-hand side is rockier, and is the destination for nudists.
