Praia das Adegas since 2004, is one of the six official naturist beaches in Portugal. A small sandy bay surrounded by rugged cliff faces. Being on the Algarve's west coast means it faces the full force of the Atlantic Ocean so care should be taken if swimming as the surf can be powerful.
At low tide you can walk right along the beach to the large neighbouring beach Praia de Odeceixe and admire further spectacular cliff landscapes. You will find Praia das Adegas enjoys a relaxed atmosphere, frequented by families of all generations.

- Directions Praia das Adegas is only accessible at low tide. At high tide, the only possible entrance to this nudist beach is through a path that descends the cliff. Location: South of Odeceixe beach. Praia das Adegas has its own parking and access is via a long set of wooden steps which lead down the cliff-side.
