Playa de Jarugo is a large beach of fine golden sand on the west coast of Fuerteventura.
At 260 metres long and 60 metres wide, this stretch of coastline is one of the most remote on Fuerteventura. It has low visitor numbers, even in summer.
The wave swell off this part of the island is very strong and stable. You will find surfers, swimmers and windsurfers here, the people are a mix of dressed and undressed sunlovers.
Nestled between dunes and imposing cliffs that afford a wild beauty, go all the way to the right to find the most nudists.
