Bukovec is a water reservoir about 7 km behind Košice. It has a comfortable grassy beach, for lying down and is well tended. There is good access to the Nudapláz, as it can be reached by car, bicycle, bus and on foot.
At present, the capacity of the beach is about 35 people. The gravel beach near Gechi was until recently the only nudapláz near Kosice. Today, however, villagers and nudists have moved to Bukovec.
The eastern edge of the lake has shade until about 11:00 am due to the trees. The nudist area is easy to find due the fairly new installed nudaplate.
