Getting There:

Directions: The beach can be accessed either direct from the Wales Coast Path at OS grid SS 89973 71774
https://w3w.co/conned.investors.positives and walking down the valley to the ladders, only for people with good mobility and a head for heights. Or along the beach from either the car parks at Southerndown beach or Monknash beach either route is 2 Km and is only doable approx 3 hours either side of low tide.
Leave the B4265 in the village of Wick and take the road to Monknash, there take the road past the Plough and Harrow pub, approximately 1 Km later you will come across a farm car park, please pay into honesty box and walk down to Monknash main beach at the beach turn right and either follow the coast path and descend the ladders or walk along the beach.
