Morfa Dyffryn beach, Wales is acclaimed as one of the best beaches in Britain by visitors and has been used by naturists since the 1930s.
Situated on the west coast of Wales, between Barmouth and Harlech in Gwynedd. The beach can attract several hundred naturists in summer during fine weather - despite which, it is rarely crowded.
This sandy beach is 1 kilometre (1,100 yds) in length and feels really huge. It is Wales' only official recognised naturist beach. Gwynedd local authority designated an area of the beach for those who wish to go clothes-free. This patch is about a mile in length and backs onto acres of scrubland.
The main beach is used by families, couples and singles - the usual mix in fact. The views to the rear are of Snowdonia and the Rhinog mountains and to the front across Tremadog Bay can be seen the Llyn Peninsular. The beach is very clean and is also known for regular sightings of dolphins.
