Explore the beautiful and varied heathland around Undeloh and Wesel naked along circular routes of varying lengths. taking approx 02:28 hrs to walk the whole 9,93 km.
Undeloh is the starting point for Germany's second officially recognized nude hiking trail.It is approx 10 km long and is a b "shaped curve. From the parking lot, the trail starts with a yellow "N" characterized in both directions.
It can be enjoyed either on foot or by bike naked in the Luneburger Heathland (Lüneburger Heide). The path is accessible all year round. Naturally you can also use it clothed if you do not feel like being naked or if the weather is too cold. Trail markers, a yellow N on trees and signposts, show the route. Follow these markings and stay on Naturistenweg!
It is in a Nature Conservation Area. Please ensure that you abide by the regulations. A part of the original route has had to be cut because locals complained that people could wander into areas reserved for hunters. If you get lost on the trail put on your clothes and also stay clothed in the car parking areas.
This naturist trail is the second facility of its kind after the Harz Naturistenstieg , but the first and only one in the old federal states. The best time to visit is August and September, when the heather is in bloom and the countryside reveals its unique charm.
