Playa de los Suecas, or in English, Beach of the Swedish Women, is located on Isla Contadora, one of the Pearl Islands, which is approximately 30 mins by plane from Panama City.

Hidden in the island's southeast corner, at the end of the road that runs east from Villa Romantica, Playa Sueca is Contadora's officially sanctioned nude beach. It is relatively small, backed by forest, with tan sand sloping into calm, aquamarine waters. At low tide, there are some exposed rocks in front of the beach. The island of Contadora is very small (you can go round it on a bicycle in 30 minutes). If you like exploring remote beaches or sailing to your very own island where you can be naked, and enjoy snorkeling this is the beach for you.
