Nanqudno is also known as Nanjulian after the nearby mill. It faces due west with wonderful views out to the Brisons Rocks to the north and the Longships with its lighthouse to the south. It is mainly large rocks but there are flat spaces and the walk to it is very nice. Occasionally at low water there can be patches of sand but this is rare. There are plenty of large rockpools big enough and deep enough for cooling off in.
