Playa de Guadalmar is a semi-urban beach located; 8 km from the center of Malaga and 2 km from Málaga - Costa del Sol airport. This extensive beach of almost 2 km in length and about 50 m in average width presents a high level of urbanization.
The waters are of medium swell. Parador Málaga Golf sits behind the naturist section which is to the right hand side when facing the beach.
This beach gets busy during the weekends when local families come to the beach and children play together. There is always enough room to lay down your towel and enjoy the happy ambience.
Kite gliding has recently been added to this beach. The official naturist area has been moved further west because of this but naturists continue to set up in front of the gliders but need to take care if swimming in this area. 2019 also saw the depth of the beach eaten away by storms, though there is still plenty of space for all.

- Directions From the highway MA20, exit "Guadalmar". Go in the direction of Guadalmar. The registered Guadalmar roundabout, turn right, and drive approx. one kilometre and at the level of a bridge (right) you turn left to the sea and the beach. You will arrive at a large parking area straight a head. If you take the parking to the right you will pay 1 euro to the attendant, from here you can walk directly onto the beach and turn right which takes you to the nudist area which is signposted "Playa Nudista".If you choose to park to the left or park your car on the side of the dirt track, parking will be free but your car will not be monitored and you will have a slightly longer walk - many do this.
