Blace beach is a small rock and stone beach in the southeastern part of the island of Mljet, only a 20 minute walk from the town of Saplunara. Protected with low rocks. The beach is ideal for families with children, couples and is a very popular with naturists due to its isolated location.
This hidden bay is half a mile long and is surrounded by pine trees and faces South and looks like a lagoon. The entrance from the sea to Blace beach is very narrow approx 8m meters wide so the seawater inside the lagoon gets very very warm and is possible to swim here even at the times when sea water outside is still cold and not suitable for swimming.
