dont think there was a time when I wasn't a naturist. I have some disability in my upper body so dressing was such a pain in the rear it was easier to stay nude as a kid, especially after a bath. My parents got used to it until I hit puberty and was told to put some pants on, to which I replied: "it's only hair."
and I just never got the problem with bodies, we all have one, so why are we so scared of them?
It did cause some bother once when I was at a neighbours and her toddlers stripped off for the paddling pool so I did.
the 'problem' was I was ten, so was told to get dressed and go home for my trunks.
when I was 13 I had chickenpox at this time of year (may / June) so you can imagine how uncomfortable that was in the early summer heat with clothes on. I was off school, obviously, parents at work, brother at school, so I ditched the clothes altogether and stayed in my altogether whilst the family were out.
My Mother was very laid back about her nudity believing, quite rightly that if me and my brother saw her nude we'd not be curious about what women looked like so it was always an open door policy with Mam so I have always bee comfortable with her nudity.
this came in handy in recent years when Mam got dementia which brought out the naturist in her. and I'd have to clean her up when she had accidents and such so that relaxed attitude to bodies certainly helped.
My dad, on the other hand, was a total prude about all that stuff so would not have liked me being a naturist/ he died when I was 17 so had no knowledge of my interest in naturism.
