My parents were fairly relaxed about nudity, but I was given pyjamas to wear in bed as a child.  I can't remember exactly when I decided that I wasn't going to wear them any more - maybe age 10 or 12.  I loved going to bed naked and have never worn anything to sleep since then.  Even better though, I absolutely love those very rare occasions when the weather is hot enough that I can sleep naked without any covers over me.  I know some people feel the need for something over them however hot it is, even if just a thin sheet, but I love the feeling of being warm and comfortable with nothing over me to get tangled up in.  How about you?

I was very surprised that no Forum topic existed on sleeping - but I cannot find one  - if anyone knows of one already existing do let me know. It could be that I am remembering the one we used to have on the ANFamily blog forum in 2018/19.

I slept in my underwear until I left home, and since then there have only been a few occasions - hospital stays come to mind - when I haven't slept naked. It just feels to uncomfortable to wear anything in bed.

I can't stand being hot at night. My ideal temperature is in the middle 50's f. So sleeping with anything on is a non starter 99% of the time. I actually got a cooling blanket to help, but if it's too warm even for that, away go the covers!

I've done the poll and commented there.  Here, the topic is sleeping nude and uncovered.  My response is in the summer, sure.  In the winter, no.  However I will get out from under the blankets for a period of time and then cover back up.
