What is your naturist dream?  What would it take to live your naturist dream?  What's stopping you?  Would you give that up?

I think I have lots of dreams that would add to my perfect life as a naturist. I won't discuss dreams involving societies attitudes changing, we can all work at that and hopefully we will see change. Instead I shall speak of more individual and personal dreams.

First to the future Steve and I hope that in years to come we will share naturist times with our sons, their partners and their children. That would make us truely happy but we will have to wait a good few years before that happens. The only thing we can do towards that is try and stay alive.

In our current lives we enjoy a home where we can be naked inside and out. Naturist beaches to visit and the occasional camping trip. This is pretty much fulfilling a dream - though we would like to visit more campsites and resorts. Finance and the virus stopping us there.

We would like to have some good friends with children to share naturist trips with and to give the boys some playmates - we are always open to making friends with the parents of children the boys do play with on the beach - but thus far we haven't quite made the right connections. 

We would also like to join a "real life" club  - a landed club or local swim club but Spain doesn't really have anything like that local for us. 

Another couple of dreams is to do a naked bike ride event some year and use a water park as a naturist. Hopefully these will be two things we will do next year.

A major dream would be to visit as many naturist beaches and venues as possible and really tour our Naturist World. 

So far we have moved to Cornwall to be near a naturist beach that we love. We looked at France and eventually settled in Spain to have a better climate and more naturist opportunities and our home had to be suitable for naturism.

Next? Well we actually do have some plans as a family that may be hugely exciting and really fascinating for the members of ANW as well. These plans are still in the process of planning and depend on various elements, so we will share them when they seem to be really going to happen. It will certainly be part of living the naturist dream.

Ken:  Great goal!  I wish I could have raised my children as naturists.

Ken:  I agree totally with this goal for sure - we can as well.  Who else makes this possible in their lives?

Anna:  "Naturist beaches to visit and the occasional camping trip."

Ken:  Us too!  Who else plans this?

Ken:  We have joined several clubs, and been to several nude swims.  We've also started our own meetup.com group.

Ken:  I've visited 33 naturists resorts and many beaches and hot springs.  We've taken two nude cruises.  In the US, The Naturist Society is especially useful.

Ken:  Good for you moving to a more naturist-friendly location.  I did that as well.  It meant giving up many things, but was well worth it.  Who else believes naturism to be important enough to change personal circumstances?

Again, what would you give up in order to live your naturist dream?

I want to see nudity normalized, at least in some parts of the world, where people are no longer uptight about how themselves and other people should look.  Yeah, that's a fantasy, and I am not the type who can start a social moment. Will leave it to more capable hands.

A more achievable dream is to find a network of naturist families and regularly socialize with them - going to beaches, doing weekend BBQ, visiting naturist resorts together, or just a simple games night.  I kind of do live part of that dream, but comes short of the family part, as most members of that network of mine, are already empty-nesters.  They told me about how things used to be like what I dream about.  I just wish time goes back sometimes. 

I also imagined that I would own a naturist resort that would have regular family attendance.  There will be kids and teens and adults and seniors all enjoying their time au natural.  Again I lived that dream, for a week, at a naturist youth camp the kids and I joined 3 years ago.  I longed to return but always worried that maybe I shouldn't because I could ruin my perfect memories if the next time I go things are not as idealistic.

Anyway, for that I have been thinking of owning and operating a landed club.  It will need to be somewhere warmer and close to nature.  I will also need to learn the basics by working at a resort to learn how to manage one. Maybe one day I will live (part of) that dream too!
