Naturist Info

  • What does naturism mean to you? I grew up in Sweden and for me being naked in nature was just part of life in summer. I don't think I thought of it as "naturism" at the time, I just thought that was what everyone did. For my wife, it has been more of a challenging journey and she is still working on shedding the last remnants of her social hurdles. Our children were like me as they were growing up, but now they are a little more reserved - I expect they will come around again soon though!

  • About Me/Us I am C, born in Sweden and now living in the United States. I work in academia and enjoy life with my wife and our two sons. I am hoping we will find our naturist community here in the US. It has been a difficult transition from Europe to the US, because the culture here is much more prudish - where we lived we could swim naked in lakes and no one would mind. Here we have to find our special places to avoid shocking people!

    I am T. I was born and raised in the Czech Republic. When I met Peter, he first moved to the Czech Republic from Sweden. We lived there with our children for the first few years of their life, then we moved to the United States. I am curious about the naturist communities here, but having grown up in a somewhat religiously conservative family, I still sometimes struggle with letting go!
